#4 Procrastination

I procrastinate a lot, and I play with my phone halfway through my studies. This causes me to delay or even finish a lot of things, just like this blog was delivered on the last day. So I read in the library, or in an environment that is perfect for studying.

#3 Body Language

 I think when you're online, you can pause after expressing so that the listener can think. Or you can speak more slowly so that the listener can hear what you are saying more clearly. The video camera should be positioned at eye level, not too high or too low, so that others think that your eyes are looking at them.
